Evergreen Collective was founded in 2021 to create robust resource development support for grassroots/startup, BIPOC-led & serving organizations. We primarily work with organizations based in the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara, where we have strong cross-sector relationships, though we also provide coaching for organizations across the country.

Our approach is to build deep, long-term relationships with community leaders, helping them feel safe to learn and explore the practices that will help them build a better future for themselves and their communities.
